We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return and refund policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please review the details below to understand your rights and our process for returns and refunds.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
- Is faulty or defective.
- Does not match the description provided.
- Fails to perform as intended or promised.
This guarantee applies regardless of our store policy.
2. Change of Mind Returns
While we strive to ensure you make the right choice, we also understand that preferences can change. We accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Please note that refunds for change of mind do not include shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, we will happily arrange for a refund, replacement, or repair. To process your claim, please:

- Include clear photos of the fault or damage to assist our team in resolving your claim quickly.
Once approved, we will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.
4. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
